Due to proposed road improvements a caesium magnetometer and magnetic susceptibility survey were carried out. Little of archaeological interest was discovered, including former cultivation and field boundaries. The magnetic susceptibility didn't show much variation that could be attributed to archaeological sources but did demonstrate the presence of minor magnetic enhancement adjacent to a ringfort.
